good layout friendly owners ample space
the family room had plenty of space. everywhere was clean with a good layout. the owners helped carry our suitcase to our room.
the room was small and above the kitchen so there was a strong smell of breakfast early in the morning.

Dawn and Steve were so cute. The beds were REALLY comfy! It was central to EVERYTHING. The breakfast was so lovely, I ate it all!
My room was a little small, but it had EVERYTHING I needed!

warm welcome clean room delicious breakfast central location
steve and dawn provided a warm welcome throughout my stay. the room was clean and fresh, it fulfilled every expectation i had. the breakfast was excellent with delicious flavors. its central location provides easy access to many amenities.
the early morning kitchen noises did filter up a bit.
